Campus Televideo’s First Annual Customer Seminar

December 4, 2007

We held our first annual customer seminar in Atlantic City on Friday November 30th with a cocktail reception the night prior. We had over 40 representatives from 25 college and university customers as well as a few prospective customers attend. The seminar on Friday covered the following topics: Recent Industry Trends and Regulations, Digital Services, IPTV Services, Infrastructure Upgrade Costs for Advanced Video Services, Five Year Business Plans for Deployment of Advanced Video Services and Emergency Alert Notification Systems for cable TV systems as well as campus wide alerts through our new partnership with Send Word Now (see press release) .

After Thursday night’s cocktail party, most attendees and Campus Televideo employees headed to a local bar to watch the Packers/Cowboys game on the the NFL Network, which we were happy to note was not available on the Comcast service at the hotel but was available to most of our college campus customers who have the NFL Network as part of the Directv University Package. While it was rumored that a few stayed out late Thursday night to “watch” the slot machines and blackjack tables, the audience on Friday was ready to go at 9:00am on Friday and was very attentive through to the end at 2:30pm.

The feedback from customers was very positive with lots of requests for copies of the presentation and requests for follow-up campus visits to help further refine campus business plans regarding advanced video services and necessary infrastructure.

A special thanks to Carmela Laber, our controller, who came up with the idea and organized the seminar as well as other Campus Televideo employees who helped as well. Another thanks to Michael Feld and Greg Pellerin from Layer-Eight our IP Network consulting partners as well as all the attendees who traveled from as far as the West Coast.
